Alta Heights Post Acute is a great facility. The staff is extremely helpful, the CNAs are hardworking and compassionate, and the management keeps everything running smoothly. The cleanliness is top tier, and I felt very well taken care of the entire time. I have nothing but good things to say!

Bret provided exceptional service, building a genuine and heartfelt connection with our grandmother that meant so much to our family. He took the time to learn about her love for Disney pickles and even went out of his way to track them down here in Tennessee—something that brought her so much joy. That level of compassion, attention to detail, and personal care is rare. We’re incredibly grateful for everything Bret and the team have done!

My sisters and I have been on a journey to find a facility for our mother. I had to share that coming across Alta Heights was delightful. The facility was clean and lovely. The staff members were so nice and friendly and very accommodating and left us very comfortable knowing that our Mom will be in good hands and we just wanted to thank them.
