The Professional Manners is Great….

My grandma is here right now and it’s horrible. they made the price of single room 300 per day literally. The care is horrible my gram has a horrible rash that hasn’t been taken care of and a sore on her cheek that’s practically all the way through. I can’t wait till she can move.

My mother has been at the facility for a couple of days. The staff has been great so far, we will see how the next 2 months go because she will be recovering for at least the next 2 to 3 months.

I visited my uncle and was pleasantly surprised with how nice everyone was and the overall cleanliness.

Clean facility, staff was pleasant, professional and caring. Could use more staff personnel like most facilities that provide medical care due to lack of available staff ing personnel.

My father was at Alta Heights for 3 months. Very pleased with staff. Everyone was helpful and understanding. Highly recommend!

Alta Heights Post Acute is a great facility. The staff is extremely helpful, the CNAs are hardworking and compassionate, and the management keeps everything running smoothly. The cleanliness is top tier, and I felt very well taken care of the entire time. I have nothing but good things to say!
