Absolutely love this facility! Top to bottom, top notch!

Your therapy group is one of the best groups, not only team wise but excellent care. Kathryn, Nelson, Donna, Amber and CJ I have worked with but in observation all your team are excellent. I have not worked with Skylar, Linda, or Chuck very much but they too are great. Like I said they all work as a team, a great team. Stephanie is a great nurse, so organized and attentive. Amanda the CNA is the greatest. She never stops all day. She is attentive and is quick to assist you. Very professional, one of the best. She is very attentive when she gets here and when she leaves. The best on the day shift. Andrea CNA is also a good CNA, she too is very attentive and helpful, quick to help. Monetize CNA (at night) he is also very good, the best on night shift. He too, is very attentive, takes care of you, and he checks on you when he gets here and before he leaves. Being in healthcare, you notice and appreciate the care that you get and observe. For what it is, the experience here has been very good.

Therapy services are great. I enjoyed working with Linda in Physical Therapy. Would recommend this facility if you need rehab after hospital stay

I had a wonderful experience here from start to finish. The admissions process was completely smooth and painless, which took away so much of the usual stress. Every staff member I encountered was kind and incredibly helpful, and the overall quality of care was excellent. I am especially thankful for Kelsey and Whitney. They went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and showed genuine kindness. I highly recommend this facility for their professionalism and compassionate care.

The Professional Manners is Great….

My grandma is here right now and it’s horrible. they made the price of single room 300 per day literally. The care is horrible my gram has a horrible rash that hasn’t been taken care of and a sore on her cheek that’s practically all the way through. I can’t wait till she can move.

My mother has been at the facility for a couple of days. The staff has been great so far, we will see how the next 2 months go because she will be recovering for at least the next 2 to 3 months.

I visited my uncle and was pleasantly surprised with how nice everyone was and the overall cleanliness.

Clean facility, staff was pleasant, professional and caring. Could use more staff personnel like most facilities that provide medical care due to lack of available staff ing personnel.

Alta Heights Post Acute is a great facility. The staff is extremely helpful, the CNAs are hardworking and compassionate, and the management keeps everything running smoothly. The cleanliness is top tier, and I felt very well taken care of the entire time. I have nothing but good things to say!

I had the privilege of being helped with a loved one by an amazing CNA whom turned out to be the staffing coordinator Desiree. She was helpful, eager, and intentional. Her actions and help were much appreciated!
